Petra Bagust is a New Zealand television presenter, well known as host of New Zealand program What's Really in Our...? and previously What's Really in Our Food?,[2] which first aired on TV3 in June 2008.

Bagust is currently co-presenting TVNZ's Breakfast.[3]

Career

Bagust grew up in Christchurch and attended University of Canterbury, where she completed a Bachelor of Fine Arts in 1995. She joined local TV station Cry TV, beginning her television career. She later co-hosted popular series Ice TV and later Ice As. In 2008 she hosted New Zealand program What's Really In Our Food? for which she has been nominated for both the 2009 and 2010 Qantas Best Presenter Award.

Since 2001, Bagust has been one of the hosts of the annual Coca-Cola Christmas in the Park event, broadcast on TV3.

Bagust began as a presenter of TVNZ's Breakfast in 2011, alongside Corin Dann.[3]
